Pease Warehouse Outlet is a family owned business committed to providing a variety of residential building
products at discounted prices. Our kitchen and bath business has relationships
with several suppliers who specialize in providing a quality product at affordable
prices. We also have a regular supply of discounted interior doors, trim,
tile, and laminate flooring. Our other products (including exterior doors
and windows) are typically surplus and closeout purchases, and have limited
availability. Pease has
approximately
100,000 square feet of residential building products.
We are a member of the Better Business Bureau,
the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, the Cincinnati Chamber of
Commerce, the Real Estate Investors Association of Cincinnati, and the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA).
Our Story
The Pease family has been involved in the Tri-State home improvement business for
over 115 years. During the 1990s, both Pease Company (the homes business,
which started in 1893) and Pease Industries (the door manufacturer) have merged
with larger companies.
Pease Warehouse Outlet was started in 1994 and the Outlet continues
to be operated by members of the Pease family. Although we have a different
business model, Pease Warehouse Outlet carries on the family name in the Cincinnati
building and remodeling community. Since we are separate from the Pease companies
of yesterday, we cannot help with every service need. We do have a large inventory
of parts that sometimes overlaps the old Pease brands, and may be able to help you
or at least point you in the right direction.
